Thermal Labels

Because label rolls are highly customized products, there are many different materials, colors, shapes, adhesives and sizes available. We advise that customers can collect samples from us before placing any order. We need to know the roll details of label: size, shape, material, wrapping and perforrations, etc..

If the label rolls are custom printed with the design illustration, we can also handle the printing labels well personalized it would be helpful if customers could send us the label roll samples so that we can check the sample details. Labels play an important role in providing information, barcoding, instructions for use and identifying a product, manufacturer, destination or origin, Rollax offers a range of direct thermal transfer label solutions with specific characteristics for end user applications. Depending on your application, label size, die cut, perforation and pre-printinig can be customised.

Non-Top Coat Thermal Paper Grade with water resistant

Recommended for application where wet rub and water resistant to the thermal image as well as pre-printed ink is required. However, resistance to environment exposure and chemicals is not required.

Top Coat Paper Grade with multi resistant

Best applied when surface absrasion is concern. Excellent resistance to heat, oil, alcohol, water, light, plasticiser and abrasion.

Top Coat Synthetic Paper Grade with multi resistant (Special designed for tear resistant and full water proof)

Recommended for use on speciality requirements where surface abrasion, water proof or tear resistance is required. It provides excellent resistance to heat, oil, alcohol, water, light, plasticiser and abrasion.

Very smooth and super white paper with high sensitivity thermal coating, thus, able to protect print head with high speed printing.
The glassine release liner makes auto-labelling process workable
Pre-printing up to 8 colors.

They are labels sensitive to excessive heat and they are not water resistant. The rolls of labels have a small inner diameter and are suitable for use in desktop printers of small size

Art Paper Grade

Art paper is a most often used label material in the market. It has a glossy appearance with smooth surface.

Simili Paper Grade

Simili paper is an ordinary paper and least expensive label material. Recommended for matt, soft and subdued look.

Our round labels can provide a black image printed with time quick drying ink and smudge resistance. Tags can be used for direct thermal printers that do not need ribbon.
